Our friendly and knowledgeable service desk staff are available to process your service requests. To ensure prompt service, contact the CCS service desk via firstname.lastname@example.org or (441) 294-3434 and provide the following information:
- Contact name, company name and contact information – i.e. telephone number or e-mail address.
- Indicate the urgency of your services request – e.g. urgent, network down, not an emergency
- Provide as much information about the services request as you can to assist the engineer with his/her preparation.
CCS will endeavor to have a consultant or salesperson respond to your service request in as soon as possible.

The CCS services desk is available for services requests 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
