Nick has been with CCS Group in his sales executive role since
2008. Nick has found great success in Bermuda through his attentiveness
to customer satisfaction while providing innovative and cost effective
IT Solutions.
Nick brought with him over 20 years of IT sales experience with
Companies that included Compaq, Hewlett Packard as well as Fujitsu
Consulting. Nick also worked with many of North America’s largest
resellers, as well as operating his own IT consulting company for a
number of years. Nick has a deep knowledge of IT solutions based around
the Data Center including SAN, Security, LAN/WAN and Telephony
Solutions. Nick has experience selling CiscoWAN/LAN, Cisco UCS, Cisco
Wireless and Telephony technology as well as Hewlett Packard SAN and
Servers, Compellent, 3PAR and NetApp storage solutions. Nick is a Cisco
Sales Expert (CSE) and Data Center Storage Networking Certified,
Hewlett Packard Sales Certified and a Certified Avaya Sales Expert.

Senior Account Executive
A highly skilled and competent account executive, Omar maintains client relationships through exceptional customer service and the ability to understand individual business needs enabling him to provide the correct IT solutions.
Prior to joining CCS in 2010, Omar worked for a large VAR (value added reseller) in the United Kingdom, focusing on new build projects which has enabled him to have a good understanding of aspects of IT, from cabling and VDI to completely managed and hosted solutions.
Omar has vast experience in Cisco wireless, Cisco LAN and Cisco UCS technology, as well as VMWare with a high level overview of VDI (virtual desktop infrastructure) and server and storage technologies. Omar is a Cisco Sales Expert (CSE), VMWare Sales Professional (VSP) and a VMWare Technical Sales Professional (VTSP).

Senior Account Executive
James is an accomplished and customer focused Senior Account Executive with over 7 years of experience delivering IT solutions that meet customer needs. James joined the CCS team in 2012 having left his previous company after 6 years’ service where he specialised in large solution based projects for the education and commercial sectors in the UK.
James’ experience in the UK have given him a vast amount of knowledge spread across multiple technology platforms including servers, storage, telephony, networking, wireless, video conferencing, thin client, virtualisation and virtualised desktop infrastructures. James also has experience developing and implementing managed service solutions where understanding business needs and client expectations is absolutely vital.
James is a Cisco Sales Expert (CSE), VMWare Sales Professional (VSP5) and a HP Enterprise server and storage specialist.
Senior Account Executive, App Dev
Tom is responsible for the management and sales of the Application Development Group for CCS. He is active in working with CCS clients and aligning our software solutions with their individual needs.
Tom’s responsibilities include account and vendor management as well as coordinating delivery with the Application Development team. Prior to joining CCS in 2007 Tom held a similar position with Logic Communications from 2003 to 2007 in Bermuda. He has been selling software solutions since 1995.
Tom’s background and breadth of understanding of the innumerable solutions in market have helped to grow CCS’s Application Development Group to Trusted Advisor status at a number of Bermuda based companies including Reinsurance, Banking, and Government. His experience with SharePoint, CRM, Document Management, Business Intelligence and Custom Software Development ensure our customers are getting best of breed solutions that meet their requirements.

Senior Account Manager
Ed Kitchen is a Senior Account Executive on the CCS sales team managing CCS’ client relationships. Ed joined CCS in 2004. Before joining CCS, Ed was a Senior Account Manager for a large Canadian telecommunications company.
Ed has a high level understanding of all of the solutions CCS
represents including networking, telephony, cabling and application
development. Ed has successfully taken part in several mid to
large sized projects in Bermuda including both start-up companies as
well as long standing organizations of Bermuda.
Ed’s strengths are in listening to CCS’s customer needs and
understanding how to apply technologies for both basic and complex
solutions. Ed’s core strength is in coordinating the efforts
of both the technical and business side of the team.
