
General Manager
Ian is an accomplished Engineer with more than decade of senior management experience working in businesses in Bermuda, Europe and Dubai. He joins CCS following an extensive career in the aviation industry managing large technical projects in a safety and business critical environments.
As a Senior Engineering Manager, Ian has imbedded an efficiency program across a multicultural organization with over 110 employees. Additionally he developed a strategic asset management plan worth over £25M at Dubai International Airport and the implementation and commissioning of £20M at Dubai World Central.
As an Operations Manager at Serco in the UK he managed an outsourced business unit with a turnover of £18M+ consisting of 125 personnel, across 12 contracts. In both of these roles the use of his change management and financial management skills were essential to address the clients most critical and complex business challenges. Ian received his bachelor's degree in electronic engineering in 1996 from Johnson and Wales University.

Cabling Services Manager
William Dougall joined CCS in May of 2011. William has over 20 years experience in Telecoms/IT cabling installation and design. William has held positions as technician, supervisor, estimator, designer, project manager and division manager.
William has worked in banking, government, military, data centre, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, education, and retail organizations in the United Kingdom and the United States. William has managed projects with thousands of cables, multiple locations, several subcontractors and cabling teams of cabling technicians and delivered them on time and on Budget.
William currently holds a Projects in Controlled Environments (PRINCE) 2, project management certification, BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification, BICSI Outside Plant (OSP) Designer certification and various City & Guilds electrical certifications and is also a member of the IET.

Product Development Manger
Kory is responsible for managing the CCS sales team, CCS' vendor relationships as well as developing new services and solutions for CCS to present to its customers. Before joining CCS in 2003, Kory was a senior account manager for a large Canadian telecommunications company.
Kory has a good understanding of all of the solutions CCS represents. His strengths are in his understanding of networking and IP telephony technologies. His networking experience is spans across wide area, local area and wireless local area networks (WAN, LAN and WLAN) as well as data centre networking technologies. The IP telephony solutions Kory has worked with are the Cisco, Avaya and Nortel solution.
Kory is a Cisco Sales Expert (CSE) with a Specialization in Advanced Unified Communications. Kory is also an Avaya Sales Associate (ASA) with Enterprise IP Communications authorizations and a VMware Sales Professional (VSP).

Technical Services Manager
As the technical services manager for CCS, Dwayne is responsible for CCS’ Networking and Telephony resources. His team are technology thought leaders who provide “Best of Breed” solutions, for all of their customers. Before joining CCS in December of 1999, Dwayne was a senior security resource at one of Bermuda’s leading banks for ten years.
Dwayne is well versed in all the technologies and solutions that CCS provides as a service provider. His core belief for leading his team which consists of some of the brightest technologists in Bermuda is to focus on the following attributes; quality of service, professionalism and Dwayne encourages CCS’ consultants to listen to their customers so they can translate complex business strategies into evolutionary technical strategies.
Dwayne has extensive experience in wide area, local area and wireless local area networks (WAN, LAN and WLAN) and Network Security technologies. One of his notable academic accomplishments is the Certified Information’s Systems Auditor designation (CISA) and Dwayne hold a MSc. in Information Systems Management.
