Paul has been with CCS since July 2000. For the majority of that time he has been outsourced to BELCO as their Network Administrator. His duties include the day to day running of the network and also the design, install and configuration of all network and security related hardware and software.

Paul has over 15 years experience with various Cisco products mostly in their switching and routing arena. He also has a number of years of experience working with the StoneSoft secuirty products and also the Bluecoat product range.

Paul currently holds the CCNA and Cisco Data Center AS Support Specialist certifications.

Hugh Brown is a senior telecommunication consultant with CCS Group Ltd, before joining CCS in January 2007 he held the position of a senior telecommunication engineer responsible for the Avaya platform and the supervision of the telecom team with one of the largest network company in the Caribbean region.

Hugh Brown brings a wealth of telecommunication experience to CCS. His experience with different technologies gives him the ability to perform his daily duties which involves the design, planning, implementation and integration with the Avaya platform.

Hugh Brown is an Avaya Certified Specialist in VOIP and Unified Messaging. He’s also an Avaya Certified Associate in implementation, sales and design.

Ryan has been working as an IT professional for over 5 years.  He has knowledge in, deploying and managing IT solutions from the desktop, and is currently working towards his MCITP Enterprise Administrator.  In addition to joining CCS in 2009, he was working at the King Edward Memorial Hospital where he was responsible for the implementation and management of all desktop and medical related systems. He has held positions as a Depot Technician, Field Tech, and currently as a Junior Network Consultant.

Ryan has IT certifications in Microsoft MCP, Pursuing MCITP Enterprise Administrator Server 2008, Comptia A+, Network + and he has his sights set on many of the more advanced core technology certifications. With his combination of experience and Industry knowledge Ryan is becoming one of our valuable assets here at CCS.

Martin joined CCS’ networking team in spring of 2006. Before join CCS Martin worked for a large international IT support provider and IT systems distributor.  His focus at CCS is design, implementation and support of Cisco IP PBX’s, Cisco LAN’s and Cisco Wireless Networks

Martin has several years of experience under his belt and has been in integral part of sever large multifaceted local and in global solution implementations.   Martin’s international experience includes implementation of Cisco projects in the United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland, Holland  as well as here in Bermuda.

Martin holds several Cisco certifications including Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP), Cisco Certified Voice Professional (CCVP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Associate – Wireless (CCNA-WL), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) and ), Cisco Certified Network Professional – Voice (CCNP-V).

Ben is a Senior Cisco Consultant. His area of expertise is in Cisco Networking and Security. Before joining CCS in May 2010, Ben was a security and networking engineer for 6 years for one of the world’s largest Internet Service Providers.

Ben is well versed in all the Networking and Security solutions that CCS provides as a service provider.  His expertise has instilled the utmost confidence in all the clients he has worked with. He has worked on some of the largest multi-site solutions CCS has worked on in the past year and has worked with many Clients throughout the Caribbean.

Ben has extensive experience in wide area and local area network (WAN, LAN) and Network Security technologies. One of his most notable academic accomplishments is the Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE R&S). He currently enjoys working on the Cisco Nexus product line and he enjoys scuba diving in his spare time.

Carlton is member of the CCS Networking and Telephony team. This principally involves supporting voice technologies for customers. Before joining CCS in 2007, Carlton was a network and application resource at one of Bermuda’s leading banks.

Carlton is well versed in all the technologies and solutions that CCS provides as a service provider.  He takes great pride in being a member of a team which consists of some of the brightest technologists on the island.  Carlton is focused on Quality of Service, Professionalism and listening to our customers.

Carlton has experience in wide area, local area and wireless local area networks (WAN, LAN and WLAN) and Network Security technologies. One of his notable academic accomplishments is Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and is completing his CCNA.

Mike has been at CCS since April 2009 and is one of the senior Avaya engineers in CCS. He is responsible for the design, implementation & maintenance of all the Avaya products sold to our customers. Before joining CCS Mike worked for Avaya in Ireland.

Mike has over 10 years of experience working with Avaya products and has been in the industry for the transition from TDM to IP telephony. He has a wide range of experience with old and new Avaya platforms and is constantly increasing his knowledge and qualifications to keep up with the ever changing technologies. He has working experience with both Avaya and Cisco Data products and with LAN’s and WAN’s.

Mike is an Avaya Certified Expert (ACE) in Telephony and Avaya Certified Specialist (ACS) in Messaging. He also has his CCNA and is studying for his CCVP.

Bill has been working as an IT professional for over a decade.  He has vast experience designing, deploying and managing IT solutions from the desktop to the data center.  Prior to joining CCS in 2004, he was working for a large private money management firm in Canada where he was responsible for the design, implementation and management of all network and security related systems.

Bill has many IT certifications from a variety of vendors including Cisco (Cisco Data Center Storage Networking Support Specialist , CCNA), Microsoft (MCSE, MCITP Exchange Server).  (ISC)2 – CISSP.  He is also a certified Dell Compellent SAN installer.

Ezra is a member of the CCS Technical Team as a Network Consultant.  Prior to joining CCS in April of 2006, Ezra was a teacher and Information Technology Coordinator at a secondary school in Barbados where he also managed the school’s network.

Ezra is an IT network generalist.  His strengths include researching issues to find solutions to unique problems and implementing solutions by working logically to complete tasks/projects on time.

Ezra has a BSc (Hons) joint majoring in Mathematics and Computer Science and a DipEd from UWI.  He also has certifications from: COMPTIA: A+, Network + and Security +; MICROSOFT:  MCSE (Security and Messaging) and CISCO: CCNA, CCDA and specializations as an Advanced Cisco Wireless Field Specialist and Data Center Application Services Support Specialist.

Dion has been working as an IT professional for 6 years.  He has knowledgeable experience in Both Networking and telephony infrastructures.  Prior to joining CCS in 2005, Dion was attending New England Institute of Technology where he obtained an Associate /Bachelor Degree in Information technology.

Dion has IT certifications from a variety of vendors including Cisco Smart care Certification, Avaya Site Admin (ASA Administrator) and is currently pursuing his ACIS (Avaya Certified Implementation Specialist)
