
Warehouse Manager
Ricky has been with the CCS Group since April 2007. She comes from a background of being buyer and operations manager for Atlantic Medical /Staples. As warehouse manager her main responsibilities are to manage inventory, receive incoming goods, delivery to customers, liaising with overseas and local shipping companies to ensure shipments are received in a timely manner. She is also responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the company vehicles. Ricky is dedicated and is a hard worker who plays an intricate part of the day to day functioning of CCS.

Billing Supervisor
Belinda joined CCS just before the turn of the century in December of 1999. She joined CCS as a Call Center Administrator acting as a liaison between our valued customers and our technicians.
In August of 2006 Belinda was promoted to the position of Billing Supervisor with the CCS Group. She provides general administration support in all aspects of the finance department including invoicing, purchase orders and ordering stock.
Belinda has been commended for her consistent dedication to CCS.

Accounts Payable
Stacey is an enterprising, hard-working and technically skilled accounts payable administrator known for accuracy, attention to detail and timeliness in managing disbursement functions. Stacey has been with the CCS Group since December 2008, after returning back into the work industry from 7 years of homeschooling her three children.
Stacey’s main responsibilities include managing vendor/supplier accounts, ensuring vendor payments are made in a timely manner, liaising with local and overseas vendors where necessary, ensuring accurate and compliant A/P files and various other ad hoc duties as required. Stacey’s accounting knowledge spans 17 years and she has proven to be valued member of the CCS team.

Senior Accountant
Keisha Douglas is the newest member of the CCS Finance Team. Keisha joined CCS in 2010 and has been in the Accounting & Administration field for over 10 years.
Keisha brings a wealth experience to CCS. Before joining CCS, Keisha was at a major local technology Company for 6 years. This experience only enhances her abilities to meet and exceed all her expectations at CCS. Keisha's responsibilities consists of, but are not limited to, daily cash management for the Senior Management Team, Manage AR Collections, monthly reconciliation of Accounts, project review analysis / investigation, provides assistance and backup to the Billing, ordering and Accounts Payable Departments. Keisha also works closely with the Group Financial Controller on various adhoc projects. Keisha currently holds numerous certificates and diplomas which range from Book-keeping, Accounting, Administration and Supervisory Management.
