Steven joined CCS in 2014 and brings over 16 years of experience within the IT industry. As well as deep knowledge of Infrastructure, Networking, Data Centre and Managed/Hosted service solutions, Steven is a fully certified Prince Practitioner with Business Analysis experience. Focusing on strategic relationships and innovation has brought Steven great success in becoming a trusted advisor to his clients.

Steven has specialised in HP Server, Storage and Desktop solutions, EMC Storage, VMware and Citrix virtualization and fully outsourced and managed IT support solutions. He worked for the U.K’s Premier provider of Hosted and Managed IT Services assisting channel partners and direct clients to seamlessly transition to fully Cloud based solutions.

Steven is a Cisco Sales Expert (CSE), Nutanix Platform Sales Specialist(NPSS), VMware VSP 5 Sales Professional, Citrix CSP Certified Sales Professional and HP Server and Storage Expert.

Tom Hill

Tom is responsible for the management and sales of the Application Development Group for CCS. He is active in working with CCS clients and aligning our software solutions with their individual needs.

Tom’s responsibilities include account and vendor management, as well as coordinating delivery with the Application Development team. Prior to joining CCS, Tom held a similar position with Logic Communications from 2003 to 2007 in Bermuda. He has been selling software solutions since 1995.

Tom’s background and breadth of understanding of the innumerable solutions in market have helped to grow CCS’s Application Development Group to Trusted Advisor status at a number of Bermuda-based companies, including many within the Reinsurance, Banking, and Government sectors. His experience with SharePoint, CRM, Document Management, Business Intelligence and Custom Software Development ensure our customers are getting best-of-breed solutions that meet their requirements.

Ed Kitchen

Ed Kitchen is a Senior Account Executive on the CCS sales team managing CCS’ client relationships. Ed joined CCS in 2004. Before joining CCS, Ed was a Senior Account Manager for a large Canadian telecommunications company.

Ed has a high-level understanding of all of the solutions CCS represents, including networking, telephony, cabling and application development. Ed has successfully taken part in several mid-to-large sized projects in Bermuda including both start-up companies as well as long standing organizations. Ed’s strengths are in listening to CCS’s customer needs and understanding how to apply technologies for both basic and complex solutions. Ed’s core strength is in coordinating the efforts of both the technical and business side of the team.

Ed is a Cisco Sales Expert (CSE) with a Specialization in Advanced Wireless Communications.

Pedro Malheiro

Pedro addresses the European market acting as Territory Account Manager for CCS' customers in this region, and also as Business Development Manager for CCS Group International. Pedro joined CCS in 2016 and before that he performed both Account Manager and Business Development roles for one of Portugal’s largest Systems Integrators.

Pedro has more than 13 years of experience in the IT Industry. Across different roles, Pedro has covered several technologies such as switching, routing, wireless, collaboration and data center. This breadth or experience has given Pedro the knowledge and insight needed to address his customer's business needs with the best technical solutions.

As Business Development Manager for CCS’ strategic technologies division, Pedro addressed the European enterprise market in general. However, Pedro has worked specifically the financial services area for several years. In that time Pedro has delivered solutions in multiple and disparate areas, ranging from SAP and software development, to Data Center computing and networking projects.

Chris Phillips

Chris has joined our CCS sales team as an Account Associate for General Business. In this role, Chris provides solutions for small to medium business at the same time working across all verticals through supporting the rest of the CCS Sales Team. With a diverse background in IT, international shipping, and customer service, Chris brings with him talents that complement the uniqueness of shipping to and selling in Bermuda.

Chris is a home-grown Bermudian talent graduating from Bermuda College in 2014 receiving an Associate of Science with Distinction in Computer Information Systems as well as the Most Outstanding Student award in the 2013 class of the Technology Leadership Forum Internship Program. Chris’ international shipping experience and IT background was the unique combination of talents which gave cause for his initial hire in 2013 as support for CCS’ shipping department.

Chris volunteers his time to give back and further support the efforts of the Technology Leadership Forum and the Secretary to the Board. His certifications include VMware Sales Professional (VSP) 2015, VMware Sales Professional for Network Virtualization (VSP-NV), Nutanix Platform Sales Representative on NOS3 (NPSR3), Cisco Business Value Analyst and Riverbed Technical Sales Associate – Hyper-Converged Branch.
