Peter L. Aldrich joined CCS in 2014. Prior to joining CCS Peter was in the transportation industry for over 30 years. Peter brings over 20 years of senior business management and operations experience to the General Manager roll at CCS.
Peter started his career as a customs broker for a local couriers prior to becoming a managing partner in Fast Forward Freight Ltd. in 1990. Under his leadership Fast Forward Freight Ltd grew into one of Bermuda’s largest and most innovative freight forwarding and customs brokers. In 2003, Peter joined the Corporation of Hamilton as Port Operations Manager. Pete’s experience as Port Operations Manager let to Peter assuming the the role of General Manager for Stevedoring Services Ltd in 2005.
During his tenure at Stevedoring Peter rejuvenated the fleet of cargo handling equipment including the leading edge mobile harbor crane currently in use today. With the improved equipment, leveraging the successful installation of new port operating software and automated procedures, productivity increased, as did customer satisfaction.

Kory is responsible for managing the CCS sales team, CCS’ vendor relationships as well as developing new services and solutions for CCS to present to its customers. Before joining CCS in 2003, Kory was a senior account manager for a large Canadian telecommunications company.
Kory has a good understanding of all of the solutions CCS represents. His strengths are in his understanding of networking and IP telephony technologies. His networking experience spans across wide area, local area and wireless local area networks (WAN, LAN and WLAN), as well as data center networking technologies. The IP telephony solutions Kory has worked with include Cisco, Avaya and Nortel solutions.
Kory is a Cisco Sales Expert (CSE) with a Specialization in Advanced Unified Communications. Kory is also an Avaya Sales Associate (ASA) with Enterprise IP Communications authorizations and a VMware Sales Professional (VSP).
Marco Oliveira joined CCS in October 2016 as Customer Service Manager. Prior to joining CCS Marco spent 15 years at IBM, initially spending 5 years as an IT Specialist in the Service Delivery Outsourcing and e-Business Hosting teams, and then 10 years as a Project Manager, leading very complex projects for the Strategic Outsourcing Delivery team.
As an IT Specialist Marco provided server solution designs and implementation, hardware and software installation, supplied complex environments to support customer internal and business needs, working mainly in systems integration, security/audit and services innovation (e-business). Marco has a great technical background including Microsoft (MCSE) Certification, and a very good understanding of Intel and Unix Servers as well as infrastructure virtualization and consolidation technology.
As Project Manager Marco managed complex projects mainly in the banking industry, planning all activities to ensure scope was met and project goals were accomplished, while also managing expectations to improve the customer service experience.
With a degree in Marketing and Corporate Communications, Marco is passionate about a wide array of technologies as well as effective communication.
